Andrew Einolf, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Mr. Einolf is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and he has a wealth of experience. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at the College of William & Mary. He obtained a Doctorate of Education at Virginia Commonwealth University. He was in the education field for over twenty years, and this allowed him to see how mental health impacted his students. This realization inspired him to obtain his Master of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University.


With over seven years of clinical experience, Mr. Einolf has worked in various settings such as acute hospitalization, residential programs, intensive outpatient care, community mental health, and outpatient care. He has helped individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, in both individual and group therapy settings. He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, substance-use, and personality disorders. With his history as a teacher and administrator, he acts as an advocate for children in special education programs and individuals navigating the IEP/504 Plan process.

When it comes to therapy, Mr. Einolf believes in tailoring the treatment to each individual's specific needs and goals. He utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy, trauma informed care, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
 

Above all, Mr. Einolf strives to create a safe space where clients can feel comfortable simply being human. Creating an environment free from judgment and bias which encourages others to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through a collaborative and therapeutic relationship is his main objective. He understands that seeking help can be challenging, and he feels privileged to support you on your journey towards reaching your goals.
